Bachelor of Commerce

Matt joined the Riverina Australia team in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his former roles in agri-commodities, trading and leadership. Having started with Riverina's parent company, Mitsubishi Corporation in 2004, Matt has spent time in Japan and Singapore in management positions that have given him an in-depth understanding of the commodities market across South East Asia, one of Riverina's key export regions. In his current role, Matt is responsible for corporate planning and Riverina's long-term strategy and growth.

Bachelor of Business (Accounting), CPA

Michael has been a valued Riverina employee since 1999 and worked with Riverina's parent group, Mitsubishi Corporation, for an additional 13 years. As Riverina’s Chief Financial Officer, Michael oversees the financial operations of the company and he is also a Director, Company Secretary and Public Officer. 
Michael's favourite aspect of his role is working with the Riverina team, who support each other through hard work to achieve great results. 

Bachelor of Commerce & Health Science, Chartered Accountant

Morgan joined Riverina in 2017 and was appointed Financial Controller in 2021. Morgan oversees the company's financial operations, providing strategic oversight across budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, treasury, and compliance. A Chartered Accountant with more than 15 years of finance experience, Morgan has worked across Big Four and mid-tier accounting firms in Australia, specialising in audit and taxation. Her expertise supports Riverina's financial performance and long-term growth.

Tristan joined Riverina in 2005 as a Site Supervisor at our Murgon mill. Throughout his career, he has held a range of operational leadership roles, including Branch Manager at Oakey, and positions overseeing mill operations. Today, Tristan leads operational improvement initiatives across the business, overseeing logistics, capital works, and site improvement projects. With extensive experience spanning production, operations, and supply chain, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to driving efficiency and continuous improvement across Riverina.

As the Human Resources Manager, Jordan plays a pivotal role in shaping Riverina’s culture—driving employee engagement and fostering an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

She collaborates with all departments to ensure Riverina’s teams are effective, satisfied and motivated in their roles.

Jordan’s favourite part is working closely with a diverse group of talented individuals and playing a role in their professional growth and well-being; honing best practices and developing strategies to strengthen positive workplace cultures in an ever-growing industry.

Bachelor of Business (Marketing)

As Marketing Manager, Ben brings over 10 years of experience across marketing and sales, including five years with Riverina’s parent company. He leads the development of Riverina’s print and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring strong brand presence and effective customer engagement.

Working closely with the Sales and Nutrition teams, Ben implements customer-focused strategies that strengthen Riverina’s position within the agricultural industry. With a collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills, he values cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder input to support Riverina’s ongoing growth and commitment to its core values.

Bachelor of Business (Management)

As our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager, Kylie brings over 20 years of dual expertise in Safety Management and Human Resources to our leadership team. Kylie oversees the design and implementation of workplace safety practices and environmental initiatives, uniquely blending rigorous manufacturing standards with a continuous improvement mindset.

Known for fostering a proactive safety culture, Kylie's favourite part of her role is bridging the gap between plant-floor compliance and employee well-being. Her deep understanding of both workforce relations and industrial safety ensures our operations remain safe, compliant, and highly productive as we work toward a zero-harm workplace.
