WorkSafe Queensland are running an agricultural safety campaign to educate people about safety concerns on farms and in agricultural based activities.
Did you know that only 3% of Queenslanders work on farms, but almost 30% of workplace deaths happen on them?
Around 13 Queensland agriculture workers die each year as a result of a workplace incident and 1700 are injured – affecting one in every 25 agriculture workers.

There are lots of resources available on the WorkSafe Queensland website including videos, information and a 40 page guide “Serious about Farm Safety” which you can download or request a copy to be sent out.
